Happy Day WLS Express!

Ok so i woke up at 3 something like a moron, but at least that i meant i was sleeping for at least a tiny bit. We are still fine tuning things on bit. 
Speaking of  fine turning time to get the oil changed in car, pick up a fabu pink coatn that Cheryl P saved just for me at the cloathing exchange.  I have been coveting that coat everytime  i had seen her wearining it.  I was so thrilled when she had it with her just for me!!!
Ok well not much for the agenda for us today Usual sunday stuffs, take a  few tjings to the kids at Gramma  n gramps house to play. Emmies keeps telling me now that she is welll she is a big girl and can go to , so i may have an extra kid with me for  that lol .                                                
ok better try to head back for a tiny nap since im not making iense lol.  well apparanly even  less than usual :)

I had a great Saturday.  Ran, gym time, Central Market (shopping based on Will Clower's Mediteranean Diet style foods), college football night in the recliner.  Today I've got homework and meal planning for the week, but I'm building in some down time to watch the Cowboys.

Prayers of healing to all those down with the flu and flu-like symptoms.  Get better soon.

TAWNYA-Does Will Clower have a website? I missed his talk at the conference. I used GAYE's pain as an excuse for ME to take a nap...lol. I had visited Dr. Clower's table, and thought I had his card, but can't find it now.

I"m intruding here. Will's site is WillClower.com. or some combo of that. I am not home with his papers right now.  We are supposed to get a link to a link to a link.. lol. .. to get special info about his program for us. Adapted for WLSers.  I do hope we do. Although his program to join is kinda steep I might be able to doin it like on my own.

Thanks, BECK-I can always google him too, I guess. I hate that I missed his program. I should have come back downstairs, once I got GAYE settled in, but that bed was just TOO comfy!!

Good Morning Liz and the rest of my TMB Family,

I hope you were able to go back to bed Liz.  Like Tawyan said your post is kind of jumbeled.  We love you though jumbeled post and all.  Woke up with a headache this morning but its raining out so probably has something to do with the weather.  Had a nice relaxing day yesterday, and have Sunday School, Church and Choir on the agenda for today.  We are finally down below the 30's till we leave...only 29 days.  Getting very excited about it.  Ok not much else going on..I am going to have my coffee now and see if it helps with the headache.  Prayers for all those in need this morning, those that are sick. especially Meggie.  Stay in bed and hope you are feeling better today!  Have a blessed day.  Love you guys.  Michelle

GOOD MORNING! Its a soggy morning for sure. Bryan is going to go run this morning even if he's the only one- though he might run in our neighborhood-not sure. Noone has responded that they're going to run today. I know he really wants to go. We had to go get him sweatpants yesterday at WalMart because his 5X ones just don't fit anymore-go figure. lol.
We went to Pappasitos for dinner then to WalMart. Chris did really well getting his flu shot.

OOO-I was sitting here watching the news and I FINALLY saw Loralea on Dr Kim's commercial! Woo hoo! You looked great! How is the foot today?

Hope Kris and family and Becky and family are feeling better from this awful flu stuff. That goes for anyone else who is suffering from it as well. We all got a good dose of hand sanitizer at the doctors office-I sprayed everyones hands in the car after!

 Good Morning All,
 At work waiting for 10am. Pt is asleep. Liz you do appear asleep, darling. DS and Pregnant gf moved into our travel trailer. Now we are looking forward to moving to Plainview,LOL. No,we will miss our friends and family here, but John said last weekend, His dad never called him by name, and his mom looked good, but was confused also. John started tearing up the bedroom and bathroom to remodel. Praying we  can find a lumber yard going out of business, so we can afford this. We have applied for military disability and SS disability, but everyone knows that it could be a yr or so, plus he has to work as long as he can and his income is 921.00 a month. I think he will work till Jan,  when we are moving. Julians GF is buying the trailer, Paid half so we can start working on the house. John is going back up there this next week and stay a week, he has 2 weeks vacation coming anf we have not taken any time off this year.
GS that lives in Azle has been sick with the flu this week. Other babies are good. Those 2 in plainview are looking forward to our move. Angela is now 29 weeks, 11 to go. She is happy, Josh and Karlie are just teenagers, LOL. We all know that can have draw backs, huh.
