I started back walking on yesteray and it felt so good to get my exercise in and unwind from the day talking as we walked. My food choices are still not the best and the time of the day that I have been choosing to eat has to stop effective immediately. I hope to be back full force with eating and exercising habits over the weekend.

Thursday's are our "eat out night" at Burger Island but I planned well enough during the day to account for it. I stuck to my daytime plan and had 1/2 burger, 4 onion rings and 4 fries for dinner. Scale stayed the same so I'm happy.
Plan for today:
Breakfast: 1/2 egg salad sandwich
Lunch: ham/cheese roll-ups, fresh fruit
Dinner: leftover goulash (scant amt of pasta) and a salad.
Snack: Protein "ice cream" for dessert.
We'll be leaving early tomorrow morning for Conroe to celebrate my Mom's 88th birthday. Dinner will be BBQ so I can make good protein choices but don't know about the rest of the meals all weekend. Praying for the scale gods to like me come Monday morning.

Today's plan --
Coffee
Strawberries, almonds and Greek yogurt
Leftover pork loin and sweet potatoes
Not sure about dinner, but will make a good choice
White chocolate ricotta mousse
Protein shakes on standby in case I need a snack
I went out to walk again this morning, but it was raining. So I'll either try again in a few minutes or head across town to the mall and walk indoors.
Go out and make it a great day!

did my routine breakfast and lunch. But on the way home, I was craving brisket. So I stopped and got me a small piece and some pintos. My body seems to tell me when it's beef time. I was also physically exhausted and had Emm give me my b12 shot that was a week past due. Feel better all around physically.
Today is eggs on english muffin, lunch is baked chicken and the leftover pintos.
Dinner is out with my folks and my aunt and uncle. It will either be the hamburger (and beer) place or mexican. I will do my best to behave, like Steph, but it's been a HUNGRY week.
