4 days out question

I have a question...

How long do I have to get up to my goal of 70-80g of protein a day, and 8-10 waters a day?  I'm trying but I am not even close to hitting it yet.

As long as it takes you to get there.  If you are trying each and every day to reach that goal by adding a little each day, you are good.  Just don't get complacent on where you are.  Work at It every day.  It will come in time.....

I'm having a hard time remembering but I think it was at least a month or two on the protein, the liquids took longer.  I remember sipping on ounce of protein drink every 30 min to one hour at first with water/crystal light in between.

I carryed water EVERY where with me - and sipped all day long - I still do that LOL

can't remember on protien - but I am thinking at least a month and that was wtih a LOT of shakes in tiny amounts
