As long as it takes you to get there. If you are trying each and every day to reach that goal by adding a little each day, you are good. Just don't get complacent on where you are. Work at It every day. It will come in time.....

I'm having a hard time remembering but I think it was at least a month or two on the protein, the liquids took longer. I remember sipping on ounce of protein drink every 30 min to one hour at first with water/crystal light in between.
