NEED TEXARKANA SUPPORT GROUP

We desparately need a WLS support group for the Texarkana area, there IS a Lap-band group locally but nothing for RNY, Sleeve, or DS. 

I wouldnt mind starting it, I just need to be "schooled" in leading a group, and where to get the materials needed..

I am preop and I know of several people that have had WLS, we have no WLS surgeons in this area that does anything but Lap-band. So we need a group.....

Any help would be greatly appreciated....

 

Tara, PM Vivian or Tawyna.  They both went through the OH Support Group Leader training through OH. 

I also went through the OH Training when i started my group several years ago! They offer a wealth of knowledge and support. I remember talking to you about the lack of groups there. My Dad lives near there in Maud.
