Sorry it is so late, but I had monitor issues...somehow I wiped off the keys and my monitor display was sideways. I had a hard time typing and had to get ready to leave early to go to a conference. Here's the last SSSS & The Dude...tomorrow "Obedient October" starts...how does that sound?

100 or so oz. of liquids
Starbucks venti skinny cinnamon dolce latte
Achiev One
protein coffee
100 cal. almond pack
3 pieces of shrimp quesadilla and 8 chips w/ salsa
pumpkin loaf from starbucks
some bread and oil w/ spices
some kind of meat...have to go pick it out!
Tomorrow will be better.

KARLA-I'm glad tomorrow is a new month. I've not been eating ENOUGH lately..who'd have ever thought THAT would be a problem??? I'm not "planning" as well as I used to, and have gotten into a habit of skipping supper cuz I'm just too tired to mess with it, so I "snatch and grab" something...not good....
Looking forward to "Obedient October"..love the title...bought some groceries and have my vitamin baggies filled..all set for tomorrow!

Becky got us started this morning but I'll finish the month by posting here.
Totals for today are about 1296 calories and 105 Protein
Breakfast: western bagel with peanut butter
Lunch: London broil, coleslaw, apple
Dinner: goulash (had to log "spaghetti" cuz I don't know the exact info on the goulash
Snack: protein drin**** cream
Snack: honey crisp apple-OMG the best apple EVER!!

Okay...I REALLY need to get back on fitday...but here's mine....
6 oz coke... (yes I know...I needed a burst of energy this am...I was falling asleep at my desk)
yoplait light ff yogurt
3 oz peppered turkey deli meat
lunch-bean burrito from bueno...yes guys...I know! Don't worry, I'm getting to the grocery store tomorrow! just this moving has killed me, and I HATE eating out! But finally have my kitchen unpacked!!!!

1 tbsp peanut butter.
2 oz deli turkey for dinner...
:-) Yay for October! I've gone to Curves the last two days...I'm going to try to go at least four days a week from now on...they're closed on sundays, and sat is only 8-11, since I work 8-1, I can't go then. Ugh.
I'm ready for the weekend to PLAN out next week. Planning is SO important.
