Inches over Pounds!!
I have said it before and will continue to say it, I am amazed at the amount of inches I have lost after surgery. I did my measurements again over the weekend (bust, waist, hips and thighs) and have now lost a total of 53.5 inches from those areas. I've had to re-size my rings and have gone from a tight 26/28 to 12/14. I still have about 40 pounds to go and can't wait to reach that goal.
I wanted to share this information for all of you who are new to this or thinking about doing it, take your measurements. They will astonish you, when you aren't loosing the pounds that you "think" you should be the inches will be coming off.
I am almost 9 months post op and have lost 110 pounds, 53.5 inches, 7 clothes sizes and 1.5 shoe size and no longer in a wide shoe..
Just wanted to share this reminder!!
Have a great day..

I know what you mean. I think the biggest suprise for me was losing shoe sizes. Everyone laughs when I tell them I lost weight in my feet. I've also gotten shorter I think. The nurse at the hospital told me it was because I have lost the fat that was along my spine. Don't kow if it's true or not but it sounded good.LOL
