Good Morning you guys!

What a wonderful morning it is, waking up this morning and realizing that I am still alive, very healthy, enjoying life.  I'm 6 years out today, and am still loving my tool!  It's still working and it still kicks me into gear at times when i do that thing wrong.  Even to this day undergoing this surgery I am so thankful and even now I would do it all over again today if I had to.  Not only have I healthy but I am always reminded about the wonderful things that did come with having WLS.  Life long friendships, people who understand, people who are always there for me and me for them.  This weekend at the Dallas Conference, was such a joy to me knowing that in a few days my surgery anniversary was coming up.  To be able to be around the newbies, guys it can be done, don't get discouraged.  I still battle with food, food is an addiction but it's one that I still fight six years later.  However remember to work your tool, and I can't stress enough please take your Vitamins!

Jamie, time flies doesn't it.  WOW, it's hard to believe it's been that long as I reflect in 4 months it'll be 5 years for me.  Unbelieveable!

Congrats sweetie, you look amazing!

Dana,

Thank You!  Yes it does feel like it was just yesterday that I was eating the ounce of this ounce of that.  Sugar free jello, and the long day that I had to wait for my surgery.

You are so welcome.

You are so deserving.

You saw me at the last convention we just had.

I am just big as a damn house and no one recognized me.

I remembered you too.

I was sitting at the next table from you on Saturday.

LMAO.

I was purposely silent this round.

I have a gastro gastric fistula and have gained 80 lbs and have pretty much been disgusted with the weight gain and have chosen to be low key.

Thank God my repair and revision surgery is in 7 days so I can get back healthy and to the way I love to be.

I was the chick outside smoking with you with that big ass black  bariatric advantage bag and the saggy ass pants that was hanging off of me that I had to keep pulling up.

We smoked in silence for a hot minute.

LMAO.

I thought it was you, but was not sure until I came back home and saw all the pics.

I am so proud of you girl.

You rock.

Nina,

Thanks so much, as you know it's definitely not an easy road.  As I said I still have my battles, but I said I would never go back!  Thanks again :)
