WOW!!!!

THERE IS A PHYSICIAN OUT THERE THAT CARES..... I told him about everything I'm going through.  He said because I am not having any pain when I eat, he wants to try a couple of things first.  He asked me if I had a lot of problems with nausea.  He asked me what I take for it.  I take Zofran and Reglan.  He told me that he is going to give me another RX for nausea.  He wants me to take all three.  He also said that he wanted me to try to drink more calories.  He sent his nutritionist in to talk with me.  She is sending me samples of a nutritional drink that has 500 calories.  She told me to sample it.  If I do okay with it, I will order some.  He wants me to try this for a month.  If I haven't gotten any better, he said that he will reverse the surgery.

On a bad note ---- I had hit my maxium out of pocket for the year, BUT......  I was on my husband's insurance.  Since he was laid off yesterday, i am getting on insurance through my job.  That means that I will be starting all over with my deductible.

Kim,

YAY!!!

You had your appt with Dr. Provost.

I am sorry that you have hit your maximum out of pocket for the year, but the best part is that you have a absolutely fabulous doctor that cares with the skills to get you back on track.

Good things come to those who wait.

The first of the year is around the corner so that is great news.

I am so happy with you.

Don't you just love Rochelle.

I am praying for you girlie.

If you need anything or ever just need to talk to get out some frustrations I am here for you.

YAY!!!!

I knew he would not leave you hanging.

All the negative things that happen to us happen for a reason even if at the time we are too involved and to close to understand what that reason is.

I feel good things happening for you and your family.

Hello,
I am curious, If you dont mind saying,  what kind of problems did you have with Dr. Kuhn?  I've never seen him, but go to his associate, Dr Kennedy.  Dr Todd  McCarty did my original lap band- horrible experience.  I believe his liscense is now suspended.  BUT, I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr Kennedy. She took over all of his patients when he left. She has been an angel in every way to me. Just wpndering about Dr. Kuhn.  I thought he was a very well respected Doc??

He is a respected doctor.  I am not on here to bash physicians.... We just didn't see eye to eye.  I sent you a PM.
