The NIGH****CHMAN - Wednesday 9/30
WOW! September is already gone. I don't particularly care for 30 day months. I have to reset my watch to the 1st after midnight tonight.
Tonight I report to my new office area. See if they got all my stuff moved and located correctly. At least I hope the computer is set up. And the phone. Everything else, I can wing it.
It was good hearing about Jill's girls continued success in the world of high school tennis yesterday.
I hope Jessica's surgery went well today.
I texted with my coworker that had RNY last week. Day before yesterday she texted she was dizzy and uneasy. I told her to call her doc, that is what she pays him for. Then ten minutes later I texted her that it could be not enough water and protein. Called her about five minutes later and she said the doc said it sounded like she was not getting enough water and protein. I told not to think I was always gonna have the right answers, but I will try. I talked to her yesterday and she said yesterday was the best day she has had since the surgery. Praise God!
That's about all for me for now.
Just so you know, you need to TAKE YOUR VITAMINS ANDSUPPLEMENTS and make sure you get your daily allotment of PROTEIN.
If you are new to the board, this link explains what the NIGHT WATCHMAN is (if you are interested). Otherwise, just read on, you will probably figure it out anyway.

HI GEORGE:
WOW! September is already gone. I don't particularly care for 30 day months. I have to reset my watch to the 1st after midnight tonight. TIME TO GET A NEW WATCH !! LOL
Hi There - everything is good here in my corner...
Can't stay on long right now - got lots to do.
Where did your office move too ? new area within building or new building/location? I'm confused..
How is Mary Feeling? How are you feeling.
Seems like something is going around and around....James had bronchitis like crap for over 2 weeks - luckily mine only lasted for about 3-4 days.........but after seeing Dr. Matin today - I'm beginning to wonder if I still just don't feel good from my bout of the crap/crud a few weeks ago. He said that my color didn't look good and well - he requested huge requst of labs....13 vials of blood drawn............YIKES !!
All is good. He hasn't viewed the CT scan results - but then again - questioned why I had CT scan done. I don't know - I'm NOT THE DOCTOR AND DIDN'T REQUEST THESE ! GRRRRRRR lol
Gotta get ....(((((((huggss)))))))))
- Pease check out Dr. Connie Stapleton's Website. A lot of good information on there for all WLS patients regardless of the surgery you chose. Good luck to all and I'm here for you if you want to send me an email. I'll answer it as soon as possible.
- Total Lost: 139 lbs
- Current Weight: 263
- As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain. Not happy about that.
- RNY: 10-16-07 = 338: Highest weight: 350+ Lowest Weight: 199
Mary and I are both doing fine. Mary is still congested, but she is up and around. She left the house today for the first time in a week. She was thrilled to go to CVS.
Glad Matin is doing full blood work for you. Get well.
GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!
Wow, JUST now getting on to check messages! I spent the last couple of hours in the kitchen. In addition to the usual lunches, I made a big batch of egg/sausage/potato (hash brown chunks) for anyone who wants that for breakfast. Aside of Heather who wouldn't touch eggs if they were the last thing on the face of the earth, everyone else likes it. I know, at least, they are eating something decent for breakfast!
The girls were so excited about their win on Tuesday. Both with double wins! Gotta love it! Their next match is on Tuesday but a state ranked school so not likely the entire team will get the overall win, unless of course the entire opposing team ends up coming down with illness or something!
Sarah got her soccer roster today and was SO happy! We've been extremely lucky that the past few years, there are a few set kids who always end up on our team. The kids all get along GREAT as do us parents. What is so nice is with them playing together so often, they are now really getting to know each other and how they work on the field so they play very good as a team. The coach is always different, but it makes their job easier because usually at least four out of the eight have played together so it's not like they have to be taught what to do. Of course, I absolutely HATE soccer, but she likes it and that's all that matters. Makes it bearable when us parents know each other and enjoy each other's company! Definitely an overall good day!!!
Heather starts her hospital rotations next week. She is assigned to labor and delivery right out of the starting gates! That is the area she would love to be in for a career. Hopefully it will be everything that she's hoping for!!!
Ok, going on 3 am...need to get to bed!
