Obedient October Thursday
ok I spent the day planless - grr at me - however I am marinating beef for veggie and beef kabobs and making ww pasta to go with them
will try for a protien shake latter tonight - and suck down lots more water - did get some good cheese at sams today and more sf flavors and garlic all of which add greatly to me eating right
ok off for more water - 2 short walks today - maybe a bedtime walk or ride with Tim
if you don't see me here someone yell at me this month - I have to get my eating under control agian

Gotta get on or gotta get a plan or maybe just plastics will push me to my goal of whatever weight is right for me.
Since plastics isn't an immediate option, I'm gonna shoot for seeing 145 again with weightloss. I was there the day before I got a slight unfill and have ridden the fence at 154-157 for the past couple of months since. Sucks. I can drink fluids and eat better solids now, but at what price? LOL!
So, I'm trying to get VERY basic and make myself have a shake in the morning and try to meet fluid intake amounts. That's a lofty goal for me. I'm a coffee and no food morning person. I'm better about lunch and great about dinner and hardly snack at all. It's the fluid intake that gets me. That and probably not enough calories to keep up the burn(SHUP Liz about my creamer in my coffee...I know I know!!).
