Princess Crew Run/Walk Sunday Oct 4

OK Princesses, Shrekness filling in for our wounded Princesses this week. We will be walking Sunday (I have full day at work this Sat)

We're walking Grapevine Lake Trails this weekend.

Park at the trail head at 2356 Dove Rd, Grapevine, TX 76051

Meet at 7:50 am, and start our walk promptly at 8:00 am. I have a 4 mile course planned for us. As always, you can turn back anytime you're ready though. Our speed has been improving, so I expect that we'll finish in a little over an hour. We'll run/walk for 35 min or 2 miles, whichever comes first, and then head back.

If every is up for it, we'll have breakfast afterward at Biscuit's Cafe.

B-I can't commit at this moment, as theres a good chance I'm going to be out of town, with my mom-will let you know

OK will be bit different with me as I will be wheeling my patient around the course, has to count for hand wieghts or something

I'm just inspired about all your successes, it just helps being OCD about somethings (though Alissa does complain the OCD every now and then like when I plan the Christmas Vacation)
