Morning!  What a day yesterday was for me.  Work is a bear, it's very emotional and stressful.   An employee is being let go this week, it needs to be done but the timing is off.  It should of happened 2 months ago and now that the employee has been warned and given a second chance something else must of happened because they are now ready to fire him.  I feel sorry for him since he is really trying.  It doesn't affect me or my job personally, but darn it is giving me some problems mentally.

I went to my second job (notary work) last night, good money but it was a cluster.  The lending company had messed up and it didn't happen.  I was on the phone for almost an hr back and forth with the title company and the mortgage company, only to leave there with unsigned documents.  I'm glad the title company told me to bill, I was frustrated to say the least.  Not my fault, I was put in a bad situation.  The client wasn't upset with me, actually very thankful on the way I handled it, but still.......I shouldn't have had to deal with the mess.

Hey Dana,

We have another thing in common...I am a notary/mobile notary and I hate when what you have described happens.

Good Morning My WLS Family,

Looks like I am the only one up once again!  I like being the first cause there is never a wait at the SB car.  We are on the home strech to the weekend.  Anyone have any big plans?  We are not doing much of anything.  Got so much to do around here.  We may try and go to the back door theater and see Hello Dolly but we will see.  Mark has a paper to write and he loves to procrastinate.  Sits down every night to do it and ends up doing other things.  He is currently searching for a decent video camera for us.  Anything to get out homework.  Anyway..we have two weeks till the movers show up so there is so much to do.  Time to get some things ready for Goodwill and some things ready for the trash.  Then Sunday School and Church on Sunday.  Today I am goint to take Eric to school, go to the bank and then walk in the park.  I really miss walking there every day.  THen grocery shopping at the commisary at some point.  Not buying much trying to get rid of stuff.  Hey does anyone know how far ahead a person with H1N1 is contagous?  I have been exposed and not exactly sure what I should do about it.  Alissa I sure hope your foot is feeling better today.  Are you going back to work next week?  I know you said you were working from home on Friday!  Susan if I remember correctly you and Justin go for more tests tomorrow or next week.  I am praying that they find nothing and everything will be ok.  Danni continue to enjoy your time with Tim.  I know how important that is.  When does he leave again?  Karen feel better.  Keep me updated.  Loralee I sure hope you are taking it easy and not trying to chase those kids around.  Liz, it was so good to see you last weekend.  Just wish we had, had more time to visit.  Oh well.  My prayers are with you all.  Have a blessed day.  Love you guys.  Michelle

Thanks Danni, I know its hard when you have that deployment coming.  You and Tim have been through so much together and I am sure that this deployment wont be hard at all.  You are good at making friends and so you will have lots of support.  I am going to walk cause I need it.  Seems walking always clears my head.  Have a super day with you Sweetie.  Love on him as much as you can!  Love you!

I'm Thankful it's Thursday!  The week is almost up and Im ready for the weekend.  The moon is 92% full - Waxiing Gibbus as they say, so be ready for some crazy things to happen.  I'm tellin ya, things really do happen when the moon is full!

I mailed the applications to the FAA supervisors the other day and I felt really good about it.  Not sure if anything will come of it, but we'll see!  Keep your fingers crossed for me.  Work is not good, and I would really love for things to get better.  The friend who now works at FAA said it was like being in a cave and coming out into bright sunlight, that's the difference between the two offices!  She's loving it over there!!  I'm anxious to hear from someone!!

Well, not much happening here.  Gotta go take a shower and get ready for work!!  Have a great day!  Love ya!!!

Thank you sweetie!  It's difficult when you get beat down every day.  I had a friend tell me that supervisors are *****ing because there aren't enough people to work the mail.  Someone asked about the Stand-by room people, and they said, "They're IOD.  They're no good to us."  (IOD stands for Injured On Duty).  So they are segregating us and making us sit and do nothing. That's the way to tell your employees they're loved, huh!  The ACLU should hear about this!  I guess they've never heard of the Americans with Disabilities Act!!
