S4X1D Last day for September
do we have a name for October? Dana mentioned ******ic in honor of MaryJo. I was thinking Outstanding October or Overcoming October! lol
Yesterday was okay and I am down a bit to 158. that's within a pound of last Friday, so I'm working on it. I am getting real hungry these days and that's a challenge.
Today is:
Eggs cheese and english muffin (70 calorie)
ham, cheese tomato and pickle on 2 slices toasted (35 calorie) bread
Dinner will be my chili at church tonight for the high school planning meeting. Plan to stay away from the cornbread, but that's gonna be tough.

I bought a McD burrito this morning, ate a bite of the tortilla and most of the insides. Not the best choice but it's done and over with now. I have country style ribs and chowder peas for lunch or summer sausage and cheese, if I feel up to eating.

Woohoo, I'm back down to where I started. The scale has me back at 153 this morning. I really pushed the liquids the last 2 days so maybe that did it. I know I didn't drink anything but Diet Coke over the weekend and certainly not enough.
I'm about to head out shopping so I'll taost a western bagel with peanut butter to eat before I go then lunch will be deli meat and cheese. Dinner wil probably be goulash with just a little pasta and a salad.
Names: Sorry but "******ic" reminds me of chocolate so I vote against that one. Plus don't want to offend anyone. My vote is for "October Odyssey".
