Good Morning ME WLS Family,

I hope by now everyone has recovered from the weekend.  I feel better today then I have in a couple of days.  (of course the fact that I lost the 3 lbs I put on over the weekend really helps too) Hip is feeling better, still a little sore but nothing like it has been.  Life is good and I am blessed.  Not to much on the agenda for today.  Was supposed to walk with a friend but she cancelled so I am going to just go ahead and go on my own.  Then back home to shower and get ready for a Doctors appt at 10 to have them look at my wrist.  It has been bothering me for a really long time and if almost feels like it is burning on the inside.  Strange I know but very painful.  After that not sure what I am going to do.  I really need to start going through drawers and cleaning them out other wise the packers will pack junk and all and I sure dont want to take junk with me.  They have known to pack garbage.  I guess thats it for me.  Seeings I dont have anyone writing before me I will just say something about all of you!  Thank you Thank you Thank you for being the loving sweet kind people you are and for always being there for me.  Even though I will be on the TMB when I am gone it is not going to be the same.  I cant come to Dallas anytime I want to have dinner or party or just visit.  I will have to live through all of you!  Prayers for all those in need this morning.  Love you guys.  Michelle

Thanks Danni,  just wish the moving Fairy would come and do all that stuff.  I really have little energy these days.  I will push myself though and get it done over the next few days.  We have never been over our weight limit but I guess that there is a first time for everything.  Have a super day my friend.  Hugs.

Good morning.  Another day about done.

Michelle is faithful to this board, posting almost daily.  It was a pleasure sharing a table with her this weekend at the OH Conference.  A walking WLS success story, quiet about her accomplishments.  You are looking wonderful too.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

Thanks George.  Your not looking to bad yourself.  So different then you first started posting.  Mary is a lucky woman, but I am sure she knows that anyway.  Speaking of how is she feeling?  Please send my love to her!

Thank you.  I am one of the few who is blessed enough to not even think of this as being difficult (I know that can change in the future).  I track my weight daily and it works for me.  I am now bold enough to wear bright colors, not afraid of attracting attention to myself.

Mary is doing quite well, as a matter of fact, yesterday she completely cleaned the kitchen, until she wore herself out.  She is going to venture out of the house today.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

Good morning everyone!  Well, something nice about the person before me!!  Ok, George, I'm grateful that you always post and comment on my Inspirational Quote!  You're a constant on this board and it's noticed and appreciated!!  Thanks!

Well, I mailed off the resumes and requests for non-competitive transfer letters to the FAA.  Just found out that ANOTHER person I worked with upstairs in the office is going over there!!  They seem to be in the mood to hire Postal people, so keep your fingers crossed for me!!

I keep putting in for jobs too.  I found a Public Affairs position at Barksdale AFB in Shreveport.  That would be neat.  I was going to put in for two secretary positions there, but they require Shorthand!  Who does shorthand any more??  I can't find anyone that even teaches it!!  None of the colleges do, and you can't find the books to learn it yourself either!  Oh well, I probably didn't want those jobs anyway!

Guess I'd better get into the shower and get to work!!  I was in the Stand-by room yesterday for a bit, but then went back to work when they started up the machines.  I'm getting really tired of this.  I really, REALLY need to get out of there!

George, can you put me on your prayer list that I get a job away from where I'm at??  Maybe that'll help!  Can't hurt, huh!

Ya'll have a great day!  Love ya!  TAKE YOUR VITAMINS!!

Good Morning All,
Not feeling the best in the world today.  Throat is trying to get sore.  Tori has a cold, so I'm sure that's where it's coming from :(  Tomorrow will be a depressing day, my oldest, Chuck, will turn 41.  He's older than lots of y'all!!!  I'll officially be "older than dirt"!!!  Don't know where all the years went.  Seems like just a year or two we were bringing him home from the hospital.  Oh well, at least I'm still above the dirt! HA!!
Hope Tori isn't going to be difficult today,  I just don't feel up to it.  Prayers going out to those who need them this a.m.  Take your vits. and have a great day.

Blessings,
Carol
