Strict Sabotageless Successful Sisters & The dude
I did well yesterday and was on track other than the two tiny bite size snickers I ate out of my boss' candy bowl. I was just too tired and stressed yesterday to totally avoid temptations, but it wasn't too bad.
Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee being downed now
Atkins shake
low carb turkey pepperoni pizza for lunch from leftovers
dinner: I'll thaw something out or buy something when I go to the store today...will stick with my beloved low carb high protein
high protein snack
What's your plan?
What are we going to name October?
Ongoing October...Oneness w/ protein October? I guess we could base it on Mary Jo's talk and call it O_ _ _ _ _ _ C October!!!!

Yesterday was NOT good for me, I was too tired and unprepared. Sweets are the devil, just sayin.
I WILL do better today, I've promised myself that I will think before I put anything in my mouth. I'm still exhausted and not feeling very well; having hot flashes and all that other crazy stuff. Hormones suck.

food was whack yesterday but I was so tired I didn't care. I had high protein cereal and mootopia for breakfast and lunch and some lc yogurt. For dinner it was a potato, yep, a baked potato. That helped the carb/exhaustion crash and I was IN bed by 7. Stayed up till 10, but I was crashed.
Scale is cooperating a bit again at 158.2. So there was a water/salt issue. today should be better. I did get some lunch stuff. Plan to take some time to rework my grocery list and see what I can get by with less expensively.
So today is
mootopia and Special K high protein cereal
lunch and snack is
2 slices 35 calorie (14 carbs total! woo hoo) bread
2 slices ham
1 oz cheddar cheese
tomato and pickle with some mayo
Dinner is probably a chicken thigh if I remember to take it out before I leave.
Umm, wearing my Lipo in a box - lordy that should keep me from snackin! lol

B: turkey bacon sandwich on 1/2 slice ezekial bread, coffee with skim milk
S: 1/2 slice ezekial bread toasted, w/ melted lf cheese
L: grilled chicken artichoke pizza on mission low carb tortilla with lf cheese (homemade)
S: Click shake
D: black and blue burger on lettuce (bunless) w/tomato slice
S: protein pancakes w/sf syrup (to satisfy my craving for sweet dessert)

Lunch: 3 oz london broil, 1/2 cup coleslaw
Dinner: LEAN boneless porkchop, salad with LF ranch
Snack: fresh fruit for afternoon snack. Not sure about night-time one.
