The NIGH****CHMAN - Sunday 9/27

Good evening all.  Did you miss me?  Sorry I haven't been around.  Spent the weekend at the conference.  Flying solo and devistated because no one tried to pick me up.  Oh well.

It was good to see so many people there.  Found a lot of lurkers of the TMB out there.  C'mon folks, we won't bite.  Stop by and say hi.

Thank you for all the well wishes for Mary.  She really wanted to be there this weekend.  She is just drained right now though.

A lot of good information.  I particularly enjoyed Chef Dave (got a lot of pointers) and Austin (Fit and Funny).

Hung around a bit with Sandi B., just trying to make sure she kept out of trouble.  That's a hard job.

Hope everyone is fine.

Just so you know, you need to TAKE YOUR VITAMINS AND SUPPLEMENTS and make sure you get your daily allotment of PROTEIN.

If you are new to the board, this link explains what the NIGHT WATCHMAN is (if you are interested).  Otherwise, just read on, you will probably figure it out anyway.

Sure did miss ya!!!  I'm glad you had a good time!  Did Chef Dave have his books there?  When he was at the OH conference in Houston, he had his cookbooks there to buy.  They weren't too expensive if I remember correctly.

I'm glad Ms. Mary is on the mend.  Just tell her to remember to take those vitamins and drink plenty of water.  Don't need her dehydrated now!!!  YOU need to be careful, too.  Gotta keep yourself healthy, too!  I swear, in my house, my girls get SO tired of me telling them to "go wash your hands" and if I don't smell the soap on their hands, they gotta go back and try again.  I also put paper towels in my bathroom instead of a towel.  Yes, more times to empty the trash, buuuut, I figure less chance of germs being transferred if they just toss out their paper towels.  I make them wash up every time they get home off the bus, either!

Ok, more later...SOMEONE is whining and needs to be let out and no...not Paul..he's asleep!  hehehe....

Chef Dave had his cookbooks there, normally $30 for $20.  I tried to stop buying cookbooks and use the internet to get friendly recipes.  I have been trying to tell Mary to keep hydrated, and I think she is doing so.

Good morning-its after midnight-by a few minutes. I got into a good comfy pain free spot earlier and dozed and now I'm awake again! Will stay up a bit later and then head to bed. I'm watching I Dream of Jeannie-will be looking for something else on soon. lol.
Foot did okay today-its my knee that is giving me some fits- from the knee walker. Hoping to find something to do tomorrow that will keep me busy. I don't sit still very well. I get so restless. I have plenty to read/watch but I still get bored. I'm crazy that way. lol.
Glad you had a great time at the conference George-sure am missing everyone and bummed I couldn't go.

Have a good evening!

Hey George! It was great meeting you, and others at the conference. I hope to attend many more OH events in the future.   :-)  I also hope Mary gets better VERY quickly!!!

Me, I'm in a whirlwind trying to get my house unpacked....we moved in this weekend...my hubby and brother doing all the moving on Friday while I was at work, and me scrambling trying to get my house in order today and find everything! YIKES! Hopefully I'll get it done quickly, because I'm rather OCD...and things not being in there place is driving me nuts!

Hi George,

It was a pleasure to meet you and chat with you over the weekend.  BTW, THE STADIUM TOUR WAS AWESOME!  I took so many pictures.  I too was taken aback at how many lurkers are out there and I agree...lurkers we don't bite!  Have a great day!

Isn't the whole thing just thrown at you when you walk in the stadium?  Just hugeness right from the get go.

And it was great to meet you also.
