Well...ate pretty much what I wanted yesterday, but don't think I did much damage.

Had 2 starbucks, 1 atkins drink, protein coffee, 3 pieces of sf candy, 3 nachos, 6 chips and salsa, 1/2 Italian Margarita, some pork tenderloin and cheese and a couple of handfuls of hot and spicy sesame sticks and some wonderful chicken & sausage gumbo.

Plan for today: get in plenty of liquids and a couple of protein drinks.

What's your plan?
