ok.... what town is it close to on I-45 so we don't go zinging past it and miss it? Also, somebody mentioned there was a store on both sides of the freeway and one side was better - which one?

It's in Centerville, about 30mi past Madisonville. There's a big WOODY's sign, take the exit and it's at the intersection on the right. Don't worry, roomie...we will NOT miss it!

Paige, Woody's is the "Jerky Capital of the World". They have jerky of every kind, cheese, tons of homemade salsas, jams, jellies and various canned or jarred foods, breads and cookies, plus killer BBQ.

Yes, it is in Centerville inside a Shell gas station on the right hand side (coming from Houston). In my opinion it's worth stopping for-yummy!!

Paige, they have the best jerky and meat sticks. I love the buffalo and venison sticks. Oh and their cheese is dynamite too!
