How's it going for everyone...seems like September has lasted a while!

I am holding fast at -10 lbs.  Thanks for all the congrats on that yesterday. 

Today's plan: pretty much the same as yesterday...
protein coffee already downed
Atkins drink
Chef salad for lunch
lots of liquids as usual
lasagna without noodles for dinner...pretty yummy...tastes same
chocolate ricotta for dessert
handful of peanuts/raisins if needed

What's your plan?

Not sure what today is going to be like, my mom is cooking lunch and I'll go there.  My great uncle and his wife are there and I haven't seen them in a couple of years.  Will do my best to make good choices.

Breakfast ~ Power Crunch bar
Snack ~ ham and cheese if I'm hungry
Lunch ~ ??
Snack ~ ??
Dinner ~ Okra gumbo with chicken and sausage NO RICE

Karla,

I am just so dang proud of you!  Ten pounds is awesome!  And yes, this weekend, it will be time to relax the rules .

I did okay. I am back down to 157 from the roller coaster back up to 158.6.  My starting weight was 160.2, so 3 pounds is well, ehhh.  Lots of work for that. But I am not 163!  So glass 1/2 full, right.

Today is a mirror of yesterday for breakfast and lunch. There is a potluck at work, but I didn't bring anything cuz I just don't want to make the effort.  It's the other folks turn and I made cookies for them this weekend.

Okay, time for more coffee.  Let's keep it up at least one more day!

Whats up?

B- an awesome quiche kinda thingy that Michelle made, has ham, bell pepper, onions and shrooms and is crustless (CHECK)
S- Myoplex Lite Strawberry Protein Shake (CHECK)
L- ? (on the run)

D- If I get home in time some grilled chicken breast
