low sugar pnut butter brownies with cream cheese frosting
OH my oh my this stuff is GOOD - I had to share - plus then Terry will have the recipe when I lose it LOL said a little sheepishly
cake brownies - modifyed from better homes and garden
in med pot over very low heat melt
3/4 cup pnut butter
then remove from heat and stir in
1/4 c sugar
3/4 cup splenda
2 eggs
splash of vanilla
good shake of cin
mix well with wooden spoon
then add in
1 t baking powder
1/4 t baking soda
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups flour
will be thick - when well mixed stir in
1 cups pnuts
bake at 350 20-30 mins till done
frost with the following
choc cream cheese frosting
in med pot melt over VERY low heat
1 cup choc chips -dark by choice
when barely melted turn off heat add in
1/2 cup pnut butter
4 oz cream cheese
good splash of van sf syrup
1/2 cup splenda
beat (with mixer ) till smoothish then beat in
milk 1 T
at the time till creamy and spreadable (took about between 1/8 and 1/4 cup)
spread on at least partially cooled brownies and enjoy!!
