Don't quit yet, the challenge is still on.  I could not get full today.  I swear I was starving all day so I ate more than I should of plus the choices weren't great.

So far the totals are Calories: 1444   Protein:  88

Breakfast: cinnamon raisen english muffin with butter spray (70 calories)
Snack: Protein bar
Early Lunch: 4 slices deli ham
Late lunch: home cooked hamburger patty, ketchup
Dinner: Faux lasagna (very little pasta)
Snack: 2 dove chocolate "promises"

i'm still hangin in there.  Not sure of the calorie/carb/protein count but it's all the same as before.

Breakfast - eggs, cheese on an english muffin (100 calorie)
Lunch - sandwich thin with tomato, pickle, cheese and ham

snack - low carb yogurt

dinner - umm, chicken noodle soup, homemade - yes, I am working to ward off getting sick. hope it works.

I guess today hasn't been too bad.... my protein is at 63 and calories at 1077.  Protein is alittle lower then I'd like but not too bad.   Called and scheduled another fill for the weekend  after next.... I was hoping I could do this without another one.... but I'm hungry all the time and not too pleasant to be around when I'm hungry!!!!!!!

I did good yesterday, though I have really wanted popcorn or something else for 2 days, I avoided temptation.  All bets will be off for the weekend though since I've been good this week!  Sometimes we just have to have a break and treat ourselves for a few days or we may just go hog wild.

Calories: 1100 Protein: 95

Weight held same today as yesterday: -10 lbs.   LOTS more to go though!

Had protein coffee, atkins drink, 115 oz. liquids, chef salad w/ lite Caesar for lunch, 2 bites peanuts/raisin mix, lasagna w/ no noodles for dinner, chocoate ricotta for snack

Hey Steph, I did pretty good I think yesterday didn't eat allot but did have an individual size piece of cookies and cream hershey.

The biotch is back (TOM) so no way am I getting on the scale.
