B2B food log -Wednesday
Don't quit yet, the challenge is still on. I could not get full today. I swear I was starving all day so I ate more than I should of plus the choices weren't great.
So far the totals are Calories: 1444 Protein: 88
Breakfast: cinnamon raisen english muffin with butter spray (70 calories)
Snack: Protein bar
Early Lunch: 4 slices deli ham
Late lunch: home cooked hamburger patty, ketchup
Dinner: Faux lasagna (very little pasta)
Snack: 2 dove chocolate "promises"

Breakfast - eggs, cheese on an english muffin (100 calorie)
Lunch - sandwich thin with tomato, pickle, cheese and ham
snack - low carb yogurt
dinner - umm, chicken noodle soup, homemade - yes, I am working to ward off getting sick. hope it works.

Weight held same today as yesterday: -10 lbs. LOTS more to go though!
Had protein coffee, atkins drink, 115 oz. liquids, chef salad w/ lite Caesar for lunch, 2 bites peanuts/raisin mix, lasagna w/ no noodles for dinner, chocoate ricotta for snack
