I'm down 10 lbs. as of now...may not be tomorrow...but scale was kind today...whohoo!!!! Still have a ways to go, slowly but surely to be where I'd LIKE to be.
Plan for today:chef salad for lunch
lots of liquids
protein coffee already downed
Atkins drink
Chef salad for lunch
something italian made with gr chuck/turkey and ricotta and sauce...sans noodles!

I didn't weight today. My scale was up last night and since I didn't eat well yesterday due to being sick I didn't want to see what the scale said. I am feeling better today so hopefully the scale will be good to me tonight when I hop on it. 10 lbs WOW that is great Karla...proud of you !!!

Karla you are doing such an awesome job with this B2B challenge. You're putting the rest of us to shame. Don't count me out, I'm still here trying. My weight is back down to 153 so for me I'm down 5 lbs since the start and I'm thrilled with that.
Plan for today??? I'm REALLY needing something Italian. I'm tired of solid protein.
Breakfast: Sprout's English muffin (70 cal) and pat of butter
Lunch: 1/2 Applewood smoked ham and cheese sandwich?
Dinner: Homemade pseudo lasagna-mainly meat sauce, moz. cheese and a little rotini pasta.
I NEED to log my food today-I always do better when I log it.
