My coworkers made spaghetti and had salad for me. It was GOOD!!! Then another lady made an ice cream cake. It wasn't sugar free so I only had a couple of bites. I'm lactose intolerant so I didnt' want to get sick. But I was thinking it would be pretty easy to make WLS friendly. There were oreos crumbled and placed on the bottom. Not sure what to replace those with. But you could buy SF or reduced sugar ice cream and SF cool whip and it would be a good thing for when everyone else has sweets and you want a little something too.
Thanks Becky. I wish I felt tiny.LOL I feel like lately all I am doing is eating. I'm still under 150 in the mornings but I see it starting to creep up and I don't want to let that happen. My job can be pretty boring at times so I find myself snacking alot more than I should. I havent' gotten as much exercise lately as I should be either which isn't helping the situation. I think year 3 is going to be a little more challenging than the last 2 years.
