WOW Wednesday Express

George I think a will power wow means a LOT - and here is a biggie I see - u caught yourself creeping up soon enough that 2 DaYS  fixed it - not the weeks or months it would have taken to get back to where u want to be

The only wow moment I can come up with is that I didn't get walked out of work yesterday for blowing up at a supervisor.  Another Supv came to my rescue before that could have happened.  I'm not going to talk bad about work, just suffice it to say, I'm tired of being treated that way.

Anyway, so now I have to make a concerted effort to continue putting in for other jobs.  I also found out that the CRC position I was waiting diligently for to come up at work, they gave to the biatch without even posting it!!  I'm not the only person mad about that!!  And evidently they are doing that nationwide!!  Errrrrrrrrr!!

Anyway, hopefully, today will go by without incident.  I put in a bid for a job at the Downtown Station.  Please keep your fingers crossed that I have the seniority to get it.  I have to get out of the plant.

I'm sorry that you continue to struggle work wise. I read a book last night at work, that I wish I would have read a year ago. Would love for you to read it. It is called Who Moved My Cheese. I would highly recommend it for those that got laid off and are starting new careers.

GOOD MORNING! Its amazing how much happens when I get on the computer an hour later. This week starts our agency's pilot project where employees get to work from home 1-2 days a week. I was chosen and I chose to work 1 day a week- Wednesdays. So today is my first work from home day. I keep wondering-what am I going to do all day? What if I don't have enough to do. Which is probably silly because I have my computer and phone just like I do at work so I can work just the same. Since I'm not commuting I got to wake up an hour later!
I'm getting nervous about Friday's surgery. I have my lovely boot I'll have to wear for a while after that. The knee scooter thing will be delivered today.
FAVOR- I have a follow up appointment Wed Sept 30th at 10:30am in Southlake -off 114 and Kimball- but Bryan is in training all week so he can't take off and I won't be driving by then- would anyone be available to give me a ride?
Bryan is sick with a cold- please pray that he feels better soon. I think he might stay home today.
