WinStar Casino

Hi all. Say I need some pointers on the WinStar Casino. I know I have read where a few of you go over that way. Me and a few of my girl friends take a girls trip every year and this year we are going to head to Ft. Worth, Dallas & Olk. Of course the Olk. trip is to go to the WinStar. We will be going that way Oct. 9th.
My questions are when is the best time to gamble (if there is one) and where is the best places to stay in that area? Also if any of you are interested I would love to meet some of you. Like I said we will be heading that way on Oct 9th. not sure if we are going to go to Ft. Worth first and stay the night and hand out at the StockYards on the 10th or go straight to WinStar. We are getting together this Friday to make a plan on that.

Yes they payoff better in the evening.  Only play those machines that offer free spins and extra bonuses.

If you actually are wanting to stay overnight near WinStar, they just opened the new hotel that is connected to the casino a couple of weeks ago.  There is also another hotel on the property, maybe a MicroTel, can't remember off the top of my head.

Gainesville, TX would be the nearest city / town that would have overnight accommodations (and there's an outlet mall there too!).

I can't tell you what the best time of day to win is because I've won at 10am and 10pm and 3am.  I can tell you that the higher denomination you play, the better your odds at winning are!

It gets extremely crowded the later in the day you go.  I prefer to go during the week for that very reason.  If I go on the weekend, I go early in the morning and leave by 5pm.  The place is HUGE, the food is reasonable and people that work there are nice.  My only complaint is that I'll be in Arkansa that weekend or I'd for sure meet you guys there!!

Well darn Stephanie I was hoping to twist your arm and see if you and some of the gang could meet us over there. Wellll maybe next time. Hope you have a good and safe trip to Arkansa.

Winstar is pretty nice..don't under estimate the nickel machines..they have some good ones, and i won pretty big on one of them!  Hope you enjoy your trip
