I have lost 100 pounds and that is after a week in France

I am back from a week long business trip to Nice, France and I finally am down 100 pounds.I waited a day to see if it was real and the scale was even lower this morning. I am hoping after the swelling in my hands and feet go down that the scale will go down more. My scale said 256 on day of surgery and today I was 156. I can wear a size 10 dress slacks . I love my weight loss surgery and my surgeons Dr. Castro and Dr.Frenzel. My surgery wound (that has given me problems from the beginning) is almost closed. I am ready to get my hernia fixed but will probably have to wait awhile.
Friday we went to Cannes, Monaco(think Cary Grant and Audry Hepburn in To Catch A Thief) and Italy-then flew from Nice to London Heathrow. What a day. Beautiful cities but I was out of protein powder and glad to be home to my chosen food.
You have all helped me so much. I am Free grateful.

congratulations Anita!

At first I read that you lost 100 pounds during your two weeks in France.  I was about to book a flight! lol

Great job keeping your weight under control even on vacation.

Actually it was a business trip and every morning they had huge baskets of
croissants  and  baskets of cookies in the afternoon.
The cafeteria where we ate did have a salad bar but they
also had pizza and the list goes on after the huge dessert bar.
It was not in a weight loss friendly environment.
I was so relieved to get on the scale and see it down 2 pounds from
when I left home.

Congratulations, Anita !!!  I hit the century mark myself this week also and I NEVER dreamed I would be able to lose 100 pound and wear a size 10 again - isn't this surgery AMAZING !?!?!?  Best thing I ever did for myself.

Looking forward to meeting you in person on Friday!

I'll bet it was easier to get in the seats on the plane than it was in the past.

Great job.

And for the Century Club Card for your signature block, Yvonne McCarthy is the best.  Just tell her something you like (I chose baseball), and your favorite colors and she will take it from there.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

Anita what a fabulous trip and even better surprise when you returned home.  Living life in the reality of the corporate world is tough cuz they always want to feed you.  Great job making good choices while surrounded by all those yummy treats.
