Strict Sabotageless Successful Sisters & The Dude
Okay...it wasn't my best day. Got stressing news from the boss yesterday morning with some others at work about how we would have to schedule ARD meetings and mine are already scheduled for Oct. and notices sent out...NOT happy about it. I didn't have my lunch and ended up eating a Marie Callendars turkey pot pie...too many calories, but at that pt., I didn't really care. Didn't seem to damage the scale.
Today's plan (better one)
lots of liquids
protein coffee
Atkins protein drink
chef salad w/ lt. caesar for lunch
stuffed eggplant for dinner

I don't know if I understood the rules of this challenge. I started at 160.2, got to 155.0 and now, for some reason, I'm thinking the challenge is to get back UP to 160, cuz i'm sitting at 158.6. Good grief. Not a happy camper and I keep hearing the FAILED and DISGUSTED words in my head. No wonder I am stressed.
Gonna keep at it at least until Friday. And I always seem to get remotivated after being with my peeps.

I have been taking a much needed break. I am not on a pig out but I am enjoying a few things. I will resume full force once I return from Dallas.

I'm still hangin' in, although I did succumb to the chocolate monster yesterday and had 2 pieces of dark chocolate.

B - Greek yogurt, blueberries, almonds
L - Leftover spicy chicken and mushrooms
D - Mexican Chicken Chili (got the recipe from Susan) and salad
