I haven't had a chance to log my food but here's what I ate

Breakfast: protein drink
Snack: pretzel crisps
Lunch: London Broil, coleslaw
Snack: candy...too much
Dinner: 2 ears of corn, one pat of butter

Have another protein drink defrosting for my last snack of the day.  It was horrible at work and I just grabbed the candy when it was offered.  Hopefully, all the running I did, burned some of it off.

Paige,

One chocolate chip cookie does not make you a failure.  And ... it did not spoil your eating plan.  Sometimes you just have to have one ... and no one could resist a fresh CC cookie right out of the oven.  Heck, now I'm tempted to bake some tomorrow.

Just let it go and move on.  You're doing great.
