Strict Sabotageless Successful Sisters & The Dude
Seems like this past Friday was a long time ago now. I ate what I wanted within reason this weekend. Jumped on the scale and was down 2 lbs.! You just never know...I did walk this weekend, but not an enormous amount. I was happy with the scale. I did have part of a "Firehouse Sub" yesterday and it was so good. Made a Subway taste like crap! I couldn't eat but 1/2 of a medium one (didn't have small) and that was w/o 1/2 of that sides bread.
Plan for today, which isn't necessarily my best (forgot about lunch):
protein coffee
Atkins drink
have to go buy something for lunch (wilted lettuce and no eggs to make tuna salad)
stuffed eggplant for dinner
hi-pro snack (need to remember to buy some ricotta)

So, today's plan is good but the next two days not so great - traveling and have a CRAZY schedule as a result... Just hoping to get bumped up to first class so I can have a meal on the way home Wednesday, otherwise I'm hosed!!!

I'm home after a great weekend with family. We had a great time and my eating wasn't too bad. I am up 2 pounds today, but I think that's mostly water weight. At home, I don't cook with salt as a general rule because of Patrick's dietary restrictions. So eating 3-4 restaurant meals really ups the salt and I retain fluid. I'm back on track today.
Here's the plan --
Coffee - enjoying my first cup now
Breakfast - Greek yogurt, pear and almonds
Lunch - Meatballs in marinara sauce with whole wheat pasta
Dinner - Spicy chicken and mushrooms
Snack (if needed) - Atkins protein shake
Go out and make it a great day.
