How was Saturday and what is your plan for today?

As usual, my day home left me way off schedule.  Had breakfast at 3pm.  I get busy and distracted and just don't bother.  Dinner was late too.

Scale again is sitting in the 155's and won't budge lower. I know it can because it has.  BUT it's not 160.2 as it was a month ago.

Not sure what to do with food today. Once again there will be an HEB  run for food to get me thru Thursday.   After the conference it will be a new challenge for me.  The Tightwad WLSer food challenge.

So how did you do?

I'm here...waves arms...haven't been sticking to the plan but I'm here.  Well it happened...I actually DUMPED on sugar yesterday.  I had both chocolate cake and lemonade (fully loaded) at the wedding and got sicker than a dog.  So I guess I really DID have a bypass.  I've only ever gotten sick on high fat or milk before.  Now, if I'd just dump on those "snack size" hershey bars, I'd be ever so grateful.

Anyway, I'm like you Becky, my scale likes 155.  I saw 153 ONE day and then bounced back up.  I started this challenge at 158 so at least I'm still down a little but all totalled I've not been real successful.

I found some Cinnamon Raisen English Muffins at Sprout's last night that are 70 calories each.  So I think I'll try one of those for breakfast with some spray butter.  I have leftover London Broil for lunch and an ear of corn with spray butter.  Dinner will be brisket and salad. (Clay smoked us a small one too while he was doing Annette's).  I need to make some more SF/FF pudding cuz I've been eating that all week for snacks and it's great.  I put 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 banana in the same dish, yummy!!

I'm hoping we'll get re-motivated at the conference and maybe get to try some healthy snacks/products from the vendors.

yesterday was great! 85 gms protein, 90oz fluids, 1200 cal!! Went to zoo with kids, Ken rented me one of their scooters or I would have never made it!It had a baskey=t on it to put my cooler in! Took drinks, apples,pb& cheese crackers, and a protein bar! All was eaten by me and the kids. Saved a fortune on drinks alone!
Drinking my protein, will have fruit for snack, left over steak for lunch and homemade chili for dinner!
Gotta run-make it a great day!

Becky I did the same thing yesterday, didn't eat anything till after 1:30.  Not sure what the nut info was but good day for me except for the *cough* Crown and 7 last night......and too much.  I'm such a light weight on the alcohol just 3-4 sips and I'm feeling it.

We did have fun with Gina and Dirk last night, she looks great.....and happy.
