B2B Sunday- Food log
OK folks our last push is ON. We've got to be good this week so we can fight over those "tiny size" clothes at the clothing exchange, lol.
I haven't "logged" for 3 days so today I decided it was time to start it again.
Breakfast: Sprouts cinnamon-raisen english muffin (only 70 calories) plus one pat of butter.
Lunch: London broil, 1/2 cup coleslaw.
Dinner: grilled chicken, roasted new potatoes.
Snack: chocolate animal cookies
Totals: 873 calories, 76 gm protein.
So how did you do? What's you plan for tomorrow? I've already packed my vitamins, made 7 protein drinks and froze them, have leftover london broil/coleslaw for lunch and dinner will be a hamburger patty, no bun and an ear of corn.

Going to have to find a Sprouts next weekend in Dallas... we don't have any here! Need to check out those English muffins!!!
Plan tomorrow right now will be....
Breakfast: protein shake
Lunch: Taco soup
Snack: protein bar
Dinner: Talapia and salad
Donna and I each made several recipes this weekend and then split them so we could freeze them and use them for lunches.... so I have some yummy lunches now!
