I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm kind of new around here. Im getting my RNY on 9/28 @ Baylor and am soooooooooooo incredibly excited, nervous, and everything that goes with it. I'm even telling strangers in wal mart!

Glad you found us. Just heard tell of a lady in Denton that is 2 years out without any support. We are working on getting her to OH next weekend so she knows she is not alone.

ahhh... you are the one asking about vitamins on the main board.
You will save enough on food to afford your vitamins if you shop smart. Walmart has the multi and B-12 really cheap. The cheapest calcium is to buy the canister of UpCal D from amazon.com. It will last you 6 months and runs about $20 with shipping. It is chalky and you have to mix it with stuff, but I got used to it in cottage cheese and have it every morning for breakfast.
