TGIF Ya'll !!!!
Grateful today that I am alive and still kicking
Grateful for my life, home and family
Grateful for my WLS and maintance
Grateful for the rain although I am ready for it to stop now
Grateful for my 3 sons and wonderful hubby
Grateful for support groups, encouraging support from others and my health
Grateful for my fur - babies although the kittie cries to get out and play with the dogs at times. LOL
Grateful for my faith in God and all the prayers that he answers
Grateful for life and Obesity Help
Grateful that the Obesity Help Conference is in Dallas next weekend and I am going !!!

my f-i-l is ok after falling at work yesterday. He suffered a concussion.
Its Friday!
I go to my very LAST weekend of Schlitterbahn. Its closing for the season Sunday.
for my best friend, my hub who shows me everyday how much he loves us.
OH Dallas is almost here...Im very excited!
