Friday WLS express

now pulling out of the station - lots of stops on the way -

where is your stop this weekend? are you excited? we know Annette and Matt are

my stop for this weekend will be going to the wild animal preserve and then Tim's platoons bbq and enjoyng the outside time with my family and eating sensibly at the BBQ and NOT making myself sick -and on Sunday we go check out another church Tim found and pack his bags for deployment

in emotional overload here - woke up with Tim so he could go to PT before we take K to school and leave for Rachel's doc apt(hopefully getting some answers), so we can run home and make it to his ortho apt  - and hopefully -PLEASE Lord - get some answers as to weither he is deploying or not - and found an IM from OK , Grandma Kathey had a stroke during brian surgery - gee guys thanks for letting me know she was even going in for major surgery - now they are just waiting b/c the tumor took out one side and the stroke took out the other side and the doc says major frontal lob damage - my mind is running in circles - I need to be here - I want to be there but why do I want to be there - grandma kathey was the only person there I loved and she would rather I spent time with Tim than went to her funeral but the teen should go - but I don't think he needs to go alone - and I don't want to lose any Tim time right now - but he was and always has been her fav grandchild - but he just signed up for sabers and can't miss practices if he wants to be on the team -

ok chasing my tail - will figure it out latter today - hoping I can get ahold of Tim before he gets out of the car- so much for that thought, missed him

for now I am making chicken pot pie so I can just pop them in the oven for dinner and savory mufins for breakfast and to take with for lunch- have to go get kids up in the next little bit and have not started the muffins yet

can I plese ask for some prayers today guys - not even sure for what just for -  what is right to happen I guess

I'm so sorry to hear about your grandma Kathey. I'm saying prayers for all of you that you find some peace. I am sure she would rather you spend time with your family, given all that's going on, because you can say goodbye and honor her in your own way right where you are. You could have a family tribute time where you share memories of her and pray for the family left behind.
I hope the appts go well today. Keep us posted.

I am sorry to hear about your Grandma.  It never fails that when it rains it pours.  Stop what you are doing right now, take a deep breath or a couple if you need to, and ask God to help get yu through this to help you make good decisions.  You know he will give you your answers.  I will be praying for you all!  Love you!

DANNI-big (((HUGS)))...now, if/when the time comes to make a decision regarding Grandma Kathy comes, look inside your head and heart-you will know what to do...ask yourself "What would SHE tell Danuel and I to do?". I bet that will make your decision so much easier.

(((((Danni)))))) you my dear need some relaxation.  Your life lately has been like a merry-go-round and you can't get off.  Hope all goes well with Rach's doc appt and Tim gets the news he is hoping to receive on his knee.

Prayers for you and your family.  Try to stop today and relax, somehow.

So glad it's Friday and Tors football.  They are playing home, we will be there.  My nephew is the starting quarterback and I have two cousins also playing on the starting team.  Then we were invited to a "after game" party down the road from us, so fun night planned.

Tomorrow my oldest nieces' husband is having a 30th birthday party (I'm getting sooooo old) so it'll be nice to spend time with family we rarely see except major holidays.


Edit:  I cannot believe I forgot to mention Cutter's football won their jamboree yesterday 16-14.  We planned a former Dallas Cowboy's players team, thought we'd get out butts handed to us but NO our Vikings played awsome.  First real game is next Thrusday I'm looking forward to it, they were so cute and pumped up with the win.

I am thnking that if all else fails - I have a bottle of blackberry merlot chiling in the fridge and I might just make a major dent in it tonight and get giggly tipsy but that will be tongiht AFTER I deal with the day - thanks for the hugs
