BTB thursday 17th- anybody out there?

So how did everyone do today?

Food was good until this evening. And it wasn't terrible, just not wonderful.

Breakfast is 2 eggs with cheese and 1/2 english muffin

Lunch is stuffed chicken breast and 3/4 cup pickled beets

Snack is 2 small containers low carb yogurt

Dinner - canned tamales - can you believe that.. ? ick.

Tomorrow breakfast and lunch will be the same.

Hope the scale is kind.

Not sure what is up with me, mornings are going well evenings not so much.  I hate when I do this, I saw the lowest number on the scale for several months and it looks like I'll jeopardize that number at this rate.

Today was much better then the last 2...  under 1200 calories and about 90g of protein.  Dana, I know what you mean about the evenings.  I do great when I'm busy at work all day.... and then I blow it in the evening on stupid things like a piece of candy, chips or crackers.  It's not like I'm eating an extra 1000 calories... but it doesn't take long for those little things to quickly turn into a couple of hundred calories!!!

I'm here, just running late.  I ate according to plan today.  Here are my numbers.  Looks like I need a little more protein, but probably not going to get it.  After the last two days, I don't want to irritate my pouch right before the weekend.  I'll be MIA for the next 3 days.  I'm heading for San Antonio and New Braunfels to see family.  I probably won't track my food, but I should be able to get online.  Have a great weekend.

I stuck to my plan yesterday...did have 1 small lemon bar, but gave up the nuts/raisins to do it. 

I had plenty of liquids and protein and took all vits/supplements.

I know the weekend won't be quite as good, but will not go hog wild!
