recipe for mashed califlower

I make it when I make the guys mashed potatoes - but about every 3rd time or so it just isn't right - any suggestions from peeps who make this lots?

I find that you have to make sure to steam it enough or the texture just isn't right. I ma**** with chicken broth, nu-salt, pepper, butter buds, and a little real butter for flavor. I just eye everything until I get the right consistency and flavor.

I use cream cheese in mine.
