New Avatar Help

Hey there, my peeps!  I uploaded a new pic, and Steph said she could see it, but when I post I still see my old avatar.  I don't know what I did wrong?  Do you see a skinny close up head shot with short hair, or the old one with the white dress and an updo?  I uploaded it this afternoon.  Help?
