So time to report in...how did you do today?

I did really well today.  I ate exactly what I planned except for adding one serving of pretzel crisps.

Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: 3 oz og ham, one cheddar cheese stick, one serving of SunChips
Dinner: grilled shrimp(marinated in lemon-garlic butter), coleslaw
Snacks:  one serving pretzel crisps, one SF/FF pudding (will have this later)

Totals for today:  Calories 1219   Protein: 107

Now, I need to go make a plan for tomorrow as it's a "return to work" day.

i think I did okay.

Breakfast - missed completely

Snack - 50 calorie low carb yogurt

Lunch - 1 whole wheat low carb tortilla with ground beef, cheese, tomato, olive and sour cream

Snack - another one of the above.

I did find my vitamin box in my purse as I was getting my keys to leave for the day.  I took everything I could still squeeze in without vitamin overload.

Not sure about dinner. Emotionally i'm not even on the same page as hungry.  So we will figure something out.

Bec-I made the mistake of jumping on the scale a few minutes ago...UP 4 lbs from this morning!!  Now you know why I don't weigh but once a day.  I knew that stinking number was too low this morning.  Oh well, I had a good day food wise and plan to have another one tomorrow.

Praying for some sunshine to enter your life tomorrow!!  Hang in there, I'll be seeing you soon!!

Okay he goes...

b-carb master yogurt w/1/4c TVP
s-2oz sf choc covered peanuts
l- 1/2 pastrami & provolone on marble rye

Not hungry for dinner so will have a protein drink later and a sf fudgescicle!

Meggie, please promise me you'll drink the protein drink.  That's not nearly enough calories for a whole day-especially for someone that needs to GAIN a few pounds. (said with LOTS of love).

Yes mam Twinkie!! LOL!! After over a month on liquid and soft and the a week without eating at all, I get full instantly! They did not change my pouch but it has really tightened up! I guess it is good I just need to  remember to eat more often! Thanks for the reminder I am going to get it right now!!

The last 2 days have really sucked!!!!  I don't have much if any restriction right now and I've been so hungry I could eat bark off a tree!!!!    I really need another fill but I was trying to make do with what I have hopping I wouldn't have to be so tight... but I will never make it to goal like this!  Going to call tomorrow to schedule an appt. for a fill.  The past 2 days I think I have had about 1500 cal... much more then I would like!   Oh well.... tomorrow is another day.  Disappointed in myself for the mindless grazing I have been doing in the evenings!!!

I did so well yesterday UNTIL we were at football practice and Cutter put his Pringles in my face.  I usually don't eat chips much, they aren't my favorite but sitting there for 1 hour and them staring me in the face I would take 1-2 and eat it wait a while and grab 1-2 more.  IDK how many I ended up eating.

Truthfully - didn't track yesterday but know I didn't have anywhere near enough protein and did eat too many carbs...  Oh, and for a switch, didn't get enough water in either.  All around, a pretty crummy food choice day combined with a crazy schedule.

So - today is a new day and I'm back on track

Will report in tomorrow....
