Still having computer issues...After several hours on phone and $140 w/ support.com maybe today most of it is fixed...kept shutting down and having to be "restored" on it's own...think it's a Microsoft issue...no viruses/malware...was ready to take an axe to it.

I did great on my plan yesterday.

We CAN do this hard things folks!

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee already downed
Atkins protein drink
chef salad
leftover Mexican low carb pizza...yummy: flatout wrap,pork fajita meat, taco sauce, pinto beans, Jalapeno jack and cheddar cheese

maybe protein blueberry cheesecake pudding and or a little raisins/peanuts for snack

Did pretty well yesterday. I havent attempted to get on the scales but if feels like a few lb's are coming off.

Today I plan on eggs for breakfast, forgot to get more Mootopia, protein bar for snack, something healthy for lunch, protein drink for afternoon snack and we are grilling some chicken breast for dinner tonight.

Yesterday, better not to discuss, so I'm focused on today instead...

B-Oatmeal
S-Banana
L-Homemade sketti with meatballs
S-Protein Drink
D-Baked Chicken and garden salad with veggies (bell peppers, cucumbers, etc.)

Seems like I did okay yesterday.

missed breakfast but today I am stopping WORK to eat and read, dernit!

Lunch is a stuffed chicken breast and some SF pickled beets

Dinner is ??

Last night I had 2 fried eggs with a slice of cheese on sandwich thin.

Seemed to be okay.  Down another .2

Not sure much else will come off but I am now down 5.2 from the start of BTB.

After a couple of days with a grouchy pouch, I'm feeling better.  And I'm down 2 more pounds for a total of 6 pounds since we started.  Woo Hoo!

Here's my plan for today -

Coffee
Breakfast - Greek yogurt, blueberries & almonds
Lunch - Half a sandwich made out of leftover meatloaf
Dinner - 1 slice of pizza and a salad

I'm still trying to take it easy on my pouch, so I'm not planning any snacks.  If I get the munchies, I'll have a protein shake.

Go out and make it a great day!
