Support Group in the Woodlands tomorrow!

Just a reminder that the monthly support group meeting at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands is tomorrow night at 6:30 pm.  This month's topic is Weight Loss Plateaus - Breaking the Barrier.  If you are unable to attend (I will not be there as it is Open House for my kids) then plan to attend Next Month which will be the third WEDNESDAY instead and it is October 14th as we will be having the Yoga instructor again which was FABULOUS last year!!!  So please make plans to attend!!!

Sorry I will miss seeing you this month!
