Lynne.....no one said that there is a rule that you HAVE to wear panty hose. I hate them too and I don't wear them and I think I look just fine without them. BTW......my 40th class reunion is in 2 yrs. Pitts getting old huh???

Personally I love tights and hose now that I don't get chaffed in them! They smooth the lines of my clothes and keep my jigglys still. That said some brands fit better than others. The ones that ore more cottony I like the best!! Don't know about your out fit, but leggings are very trndy right now if you want coverage!

Well I'm thinking tights are too casual for a dressy dress. I may give up and just look for dressy pants to wear.

Skip the pantyhose! They are evil torture devices!! Get a pretty pair of shoes and have your toes done.

Mom-you should get spray on hose. It is an aresol can that will put a light shimmer over your legs, making it look like you have panty hose without the hose.

Then with your toes done and the spray hose you will be good to go. Just make sure you walk around w/out clothes on while it dries. :)
