protein coffee already downed
already rode bike 30 minutes
Atkins shake
chicken broth
leftover veal marsala and a small salad for lunch
peanuts/raisins for snack if needed
lf taco meat/pinto beans/cheese/lt. sour cream for dinner

Coffee this morning, I'm going to skip SBs which won't be easy but I need to cut this caffiene back.
Protein shake on the drive to work.
Eggfaces breakfast bites made with ham, cheese and spinach
Eggplant, zucchini and groundmeat casserole made with ricotta cheese, sour cream and 4 cheese blend
Fruit salad - grapes, strawberries and peaches
Eggplant etc casserole

B- Weight Control Oatmeal with 2/3 cup Mootopia
S- Pure Protein bar
L- Grilled Chick Salad
S- Protein Drink
D- Los Cucos with friends, will try to eat healthy and not drink to many ritas.
I would like to help you but you cant fix stupid.
I feel like a drunk looking over at the booze on my nightstand. Except it's snack mix with goldfish, raisins, peanuts and M&Ms. Had a cup of it at 10pm then crashed. Was thinking about it for over an hour, so I broke down. I have never been this weak. My goodness.
Was NOT even going to bother with the scale this morning, but I did, and it says I LOST 1/2 pound. WTH. I don't get it, but I won't question it.
Ready to take on another day with the same stuff as yesterday. I have been hungrier so I need to do what my body wants. Maybe I do need more calories to burn. Course NOT in the form of M&M's. lol

Scale stayed the same (still UP) so I need to get with the program.
Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: lunch meat and cheese roll-ups, fruit
Dinner: Meeting Lynnette and Debbi at Abuelo's-probably beef fajita quesadillas as that's the only Mexican food I eat except fajitas. No alcohol cuz last night was grim after only 1/2 of one.

RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
I learned yesterday that oatmeal is not a good breakfast for me. I ate oatmeal for the first time in a long time and by lunch time I was starving. I think I need more protein at breakfast.
I woke up this morning with a grouchy pouch. I'm not sure what's up, but I'm starting the day with a protein drink and coffee.
It's also the day before my bi-weekly trip to the grocery store, so I don't know what to cook today. My grouchy pouch has me feeling uninspired. I've taken some ground turkey breast out of the freezer, so I'll cook something with that.

Breakfast - Protein shake
Lunch - Half of a sandwich made with leftover flank steak
Dinner - ??
