Shipping ahead is a great idea. I'm going to spend a couple of days this week looking to see what I have. Maybe I'll have enough to make shipping worthwhile. But, since I'm flying SW, maybe I'll just take a suitcase full. Then I'll have room to bring stuff home. Can't wait to meet you in person.

There are no rules...bring what you can and take what you need-that's about it. They will have a specific room designated for the exchange and people will be in there sorting clothing by size, sex, etc. You can come and go anytime during the conference weekend and dig for what you need or want. You can take stuff to your room and try it on and if it doesn't fit, return it. All the leftovers will be donated to a local charity.
For those bringing a lot of stuff, it's very helpful to have them sorted by size so the people helping don't have to do that. Also people should bring bags with them to fill up to take home. The larger a person is, the more clothes they will find to fit.
People are encouraged to bring clothes of all kinds including fitness clothes, pj's, shoes, handbags, bras, bathing suits, coats etc.
Anything else you need to know?
