Okay everyone, how did you do?

I planned well and thought I ate well, but by the time I logged my food and was ready for dinner, it said I only had 100 calories to go.  So I am packed for lunch and breakfast tomorrow but I might have to rethink it a bit.  Not sure what's going on.  Since I am still hungry, I am having some boiled shrimp which is pretty harmless.

Hey Becky...

Well I ended today with 1,181 calories and 80g protein.  Calories would have been lower if I hadn't eaten the cookie and the MM's!!!!  Oh well... tomorrow is a new day with better choices to be made!!!   I'd really like to lose 4lbs between now and the conference...that would put me back to my lowest weight before my PS surgery.

I haven't eat much at all today, I haven't logged it yet because I haven't figured out the recipe nutrition.

Coffee lots and lots
2 McD iced coffee with Splenda and a dash of cream
1 slice of deli ham
2 peanut butter crackers (realized at 4 I hadn't eaten anything but a slice of ham)
1/2 cup of ground beef, zucchini, eggplant cooked with Low Fat Ricotta cheese and Light Sour cream topped with 4 blend cheese.

I will probably eat a snack afterwhile or at least throw in a 1 1/2 scoop protein shake with strawberries.

I did okay today, but not my best day.  I have a headache and didn't get around to logging my food.  I had protein coffee, an Atkins low carb protien drink, 100 oz. or so of liquids, ham, 2 Tbsp. of some potato casserole, 1/4 green beans, 1 roll, and a small piece of pound cake, then dinner was gr chuck/gr. turkey mixed taco meat with pinto beans and some cheese and lt. sour cream.  I also have had some nuts and raisins.  I exercised this morning.  I'm turning in and going to bed now!

I got called-in to work which completely threw a ringer in my plans.  So I ended up with:

Breakfast: Western bagel with peanut butter
Lunch: 2 pieces ham, one cheddar cheese stick, one serving pretzel crisps
Dinner: 1/2 alcoholic beverage, 4 beef fajita quesadilla triangles (1/3 of an order), about 10-15 tortilla chips...followed by 4 papaya tablets cuz I thought I was gonna die.
Snack:  2 snack size frozen milky ways.

Edit: After logging my food I came up with Calories: 1441, Protein 56.

I did pretty good for a Monday.  They are always hectic around here.

B: turkey bacon and a shake
S: pepper strips
L: roast beef, broccoli and lf grated cheese
D: 6 almonds, 8 peanuts, a light baby bell and 2 Dr. Krackers (on the run at school)
S: 2oz lean ground beef with lf cheese
