birthday present

This past Saturday was my 32nd birthday and I got the best birthday present ever! When I checked the scale on Friday morning (and reconfirmed on Sunday morning) I was just under 200lbs. So I have finally entered onderland!

It is amazing Vivian! Finally being here makes it easier to do the right things and eat well. It got so hard for a while b/c I sat for over a month just over 200lbs without loosing. It was very frustrating!

I hear ya on that one Miranda.....those stall or plateaus are the pitts. You are over the hump now though and home free. You go work that tool to the max Miranda....we know you can do it !!! WOO HOO !!!!
