 Grateful today for God's blessings in my life
Grateful for my husband who works so hard and yet lets me do as I like
Grateful for my 3 wonderful son's ( God has blessed me so much with them )
Grateful for my WLS, my life, home and fur-babies who love me unconditionally
Grateful for all the rain that God has blessed us with lately
Grateful for today and the fact that I woke up 
Grateful for all the blessings and people that are placed in my life everyday 
Grateful for encouraging words....never know how they can affect another person
Grateful for Obesity Help and all their wonderful messageboards and information for all to see

Good Morning..

Today I am grateful..

For Debra.. I am a very blessed man to have a friend like her in my life.. Had it not been for her I don't know what would have happened to me.. She was a god send only leaving the hospital once and being beside me (even when I was being a bigger @$$ than usual) through this ordeal..  I love you, Debra.

That although I hate giving myself shots I know it is best for me..

That there was no major damage done to my body during my drowning episode..

That I will still be here..

For the upcoming OH event..

For the calls and texts wondering how I have been.. I am doing okay back at work and trying to get back in where I fit in..

I was just thinking about you and wondering how you were doing. Glad you are getting back to the old you! See you at the conference. Take care of yourself, and oh by the way, stay out of trouble!!!!

Today I am grateful

for today...I am here, living my life

for the laundry and housework and cooking I'll be doing because I am blessed with clothes to wear, a roof over my head and food in the pantry.

for great friends who understand my journey

for renewal that comes from time spent with those who understand
