Morning Everyone,

Grateful for the great turnout for my support group yesterday !!
Grateful for all the rain we are receiving although it is a inconvience for some; it is much needed!!!
Grateful for family, friends, husband and 3 sons.
Grateful for my life and my home.
Grateful for my fur-babies who love me even when I am mad at them.
Grateful for my WLS
Grateful for my faith in God and for answered prayers
Grateful for Obesity Help and all the wonderful information available to everyone in need
Grateful to OH for making me a support group leader almost a year ago.....I am so honored to do this for others.
Grateful for wearing a normal size
Grateful for my health

We are so grateful for that for you also Debra. Hope that Ramon is feeling his old self now and taking his Vitamins. My Support Group meeting yesterday was on the importance of Vitamins and taking them no matter what WLS you had. I did mention you and Ramon and what has gone on due to not taking vitamins. I know that you wouldn't mind since you are always on here talking about it and their importance to us forever !!!! Hugs and blessings. Can't wait to see you at the OH Conference !!!!

thanks Vivian...ramon went back to dallas and is at work today he is not excited about giving himself a b12 shot daily for 5 days then weekly for a month then once a month lifetime....but you have to do what you have to do.... the doctor did tell him he is too low to get the sublingual....

yeah vitamins have to be stressed i dont care what phase you are in....

i know i am drained and tired but that is from taking care of him and my kids have all been here...

You rest up for the conference. You know how tiring they can be but oh so much fun !!! Glad Ramon is on the mend now and so thankful it was nothing serious and that you and others were there for him when he needed ya. Take care !!!
