9-14-2009...I weighed myself for the first time since I had surgery exactly 4 weeks ago today.
I did want to be obcessed with the scale....Down 43 pounds in 4 weeks !!
I was blown away...I just had to share.......

PRETTY AMAZING STUFF, HUH??? I know that you are just in awe of the power of the pouch! I know I was/am. It's nice to "meet" you Ken and I hope that you are going to have the opportunity to come to OH conference in Dallas. You'll meet some of the "bestest" people in Texas! If so, look me up and if you'd like start posting with us on MMWI (Monday Morning Weigh In). Everyone grumbles about having to jump on the Scale Hag, but we do it anyway and it keeps us honest and accountable!
