Monday Monday WLS EXPRESS

GOOD MORNING! OKay, maybe not great morning because if it were I'd be able to sleep in, but I'm up and going to make the best of it!! Maybe we'll see some sun today!!! So, what did you do on this rainy weekend???

Morning Alissa!  No good here, I've slept about 3hours not feeling well at all.  Definitely a call in sick to work day. 

I have an appt this afternoon with my PCP to check my blood pressure, need to find out what's going on there.  I almost feel like I'm dumping but from nothing, heart sorta racing, anxiety maybe?  I'm blaming it on hormones......since I'm usually always cold and yesterday I sweated almost all day and I'm hot still this morning.  No fever so I don't think it's a virus or anything.

Its another rainy day. GRR... I'm tired of the rain! I want some sun today! Granted I like the cooler weather but I really don't like rain. I need to get a raincoat. I might walk over to Burlington at lunch- its in the same mall my office is in. I prefer raincoats to umbrellas.

This weekend was a quiet weekend, thankfully. Got to go to RNS, spend the day with my sister, clean the house some, and Sunday run to walmart but mostly just hung out at home and my foot was so much happier. But I can't just lay around the house all day!

Gotta run-hit the snooze button too many times! Hope everyone has a fantastic day!

Good Morning Alissa and the rest of my TMB Family,

It sure was a wet weekend, and I dont think that today is going to be any better.  They are talking about rain for us today.  I dont mind the rain, I just dont like it when I have to be out and about in it.  Have an appt this morning with the pain management doctor for my hips.  I am hoping he will make an appt for me to have a shot in my other joint.  The one he did on the right seems to have worked pretty well.  Would like to get the other one done before we leave here (49 days).  The weekend was a quiet one.  Church and Sunday School yesterday, then we took my Van over to Best Buy and left it so they could install the remote start on it today.  Then we went and had dinner at Chedders.  They are really not very WLS friendly, but did manage to have some potatoe soup, and Mark and I split 1/2 rack of ribs that were great.  Then last night we watched a very BOARING Big Brother.  I get to drive the sports car today for a little bit anyway.  Just wish the weather was nice so I could put the top down and really cruise! Oh well.  I hoping this week we will be able to get our name on the housing list in DE, and set up for the movers to come mid October.  We will see.  Prayers this morning for all, especially Meggine, Justin and Susan, Anette, Liz, and Ramon.  Also if you would say prayers for my friends the Williams.  Yesterday was the 6th anniversary of their little ones death.  He wa**** by a car and was only 2.  His birthday would have been this Friday.  Have a blessed day and please if you are out and about be careful.  There are people in your cars that are loved.   Love you guys.  Michelle

 

Yep- BB was dumb last night- I didn'****ch much of it. Looking forward to Tuesday though, and then Survivor starts Thursday!! Yes, I'm a reality show junkie! lol.

BB was soooo scripted last night.  They had to have told them what to discuss at the table. 

Anxious to see the finale tomorrow.  I will have to stay away from the board because I won't get to watch the last hour until Wednesday morning.  But that probably won't spoil anything.  It should all be decided by then.

And I am ready for Survivor.  Did you see the commercial about the guy who is a real villian?  They show him actually dumping water out of the canteens.

They have that every season-the recap show where its all scripted. Its really dumb!

Good morning!  Well, Saturday I went to a class on how to fill out KSAs and Government applications.  Lets see if it was worth it!  I think so because I got some great tips!!

Spent Sunday in front of USA channel watching the NCIS marathon!  Love me some NCIS!!  Had my laptop in front of me browsing for jobs and playing on FB and enjoying the rain!  I love the rain.  I could have lived in Seattle easily!!  But I need to get my car fixed.  I think the rain is getting in through the hole in the top.  Wonder why I haven't gotten my money from the insurance yet?  Probably need to call them today and find out.

Good morning.  It's foggy here in East Texas.  Maybe it's not too widespread because Ben has to drive back to CS this morning.  I will only work 1/2 day because I have to leave at 10 to go to Grapeland w/ my sister for a friends dads funeral.  We are supposed to eat with the family.  Had a good weekend, it just went too fast.

Hard to believe it's only 11 days until we leave for the OH convention.  I'm looking forward to it!  I also will be tailgating this next weekend in Aggieland with my sister, BIL and Ben.

Prayers for all who need them.  Meggie, Dana, Annette, Debbi T, and Ramon are a few I can think of.

I am up and ready to go - will walk K to school and then go to the pharmacy and try to get my new perscriptions filled so we can see how much the migrane stuff helps or not - I want to go check out the gym on base - they have child care so I have no excuse other than time to not go

have to call in some work orders and clean house today - also need to start looking at colleges on line - I have a bunch of differnt thoughts/plan running around in my head and no clue what the long term plan will turn into -
but I do know that I need to finish college and get in good /better shape physically b/c I function best in good shape

my wieght is staying pretty steady on the bottom of my "bounce" accaully under by a pound or two which is nice 

hope everyone has a great day - I sure plan to - take your vits, drink your water and move your bum you had this surgery to be healthy so DO THE STUFF IT TAKES TO BE HEALTHY!!!!
