Well...I for one am glad the weekend is over...too many "get off track" temptations there!

Yesterday was okay, but not "strict". My mom wanted us to go to a new italian restaurant after church and I had veal marsala and ate a few bites of pasta, and had part of a salad, but the bad part: I ate 2 small rolls...bad, bad, Karla.  The rest of the day was fine.

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee already downed
Atkins protein drink
lunch: funeral food...have no idea what it will be
dinner: taco meat from gr. chuck/gr. turkey and pinto beans
snack: probably peanuts/raisins

I haven't gone up on the scale and did exercise this morning.

What's your plan?

I've got healthy food available but I feel like crap so not sure what today will bring.  I may just try to get in protein shakes today if food doesn't work.

my food is ready, but I don't know if I am.  Had some major heartburn/stummy issues last night right at bed time.  Even moved the trash can by the bed, just in case.

having protein waffles for brekkie

chicken salad for lunch.

Thank God it's Monday cuz all diets start on Monday right?  Thankfully, all the "sweet" carbs are gone from my house cuz I ATE them.  Yup, there's not a bite of chocolate or ice cream or candy left cuz they're all firmly planted on my hips.  Scale was back UP 1.5 lbs.  It amazes me how it takes 2 weeks to lose it and 2 days to find it again.

Focus, focus, focus...

Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: Lunch meat/cheese roll-ups, fresh fruit
Dinner: grilled shrimp, coleslaw

I will make some SF/FF pudding today and also need to go buy more protein for my "ice cream".

Edit: scratch dinner...looks like I'm headed to Plano for dinner with Lynnette and crew. Beef quesadillas?

I had a great weekend.  I didn't get too far off track food-wise and DH and I went swimming so I actually got a little exercise.  I forgot to weigh this morning, so I'll do that tomorrow. 

Here's today's plan --

Coffee
B - Oatmeal with almonds
S - Protein drink
L - Pesto chicken with edamame
D - Flank steak with brown rice pilaf and squash with caramelized onions
S - SF Jello Cheesecake Pudding with strawberries

Go out and make it a great day!

Michelle told me I was "called out." Sorry, I have been so "off track" its pitiful. Well, really not that bad just not "right." Anyway, ate 1/2 way decent today.

B- Honey Bunches of Oats Strawberry and Mootopia
S- Power Crunch Bar
L- 1 Thigh, fried (oops)
S- leftover bowl of home made beef stew
D- About 3 oz ribeye and about 1/4 of a baked potatoe with sc, cheese, light shedds spread
