Strict Sabotageless Successful Sisters & The Missing Dude
Yesterday was okay, but not "strict". My mom wanted us to go to a new italian restaurant after church and I had veal marsala and ate a few bites of pasta, and had part of a salad, but the bad part: I ate 2 small rolls...bad, bad, Karla. The rest of the day was fine.
Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee already downed
Atkins protein drink
lunch: funeral food...have no idea what it will be
dinner: taco meat from gr. chuck/gr. turkey and pinto beans
snack: probably peanuts/raisins
I haven't gone up on the scale and did exercise this morning.

Thank God it's Monday cuz all diets start on Monday right? Thankfully, all the "sweet" carbs are gone from my house cuz I ATE them. Yup, there's not a bite of chocolate or ice cream or candy left cuz they're all firmly planted on my hips. Scale was back UP 1.5 lbs. It amazes me how it takes 2 weeks to lose it and 2 days to find it again.
Focus, focus, focus...
Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: Lunch meat/cheese roll-ups, fresh fruit
Dinner: grilled shrimp, coleslaw
I will make some SF/FF pudding today and also need to go buy more protein for my "ice cream".
Edit: scratch dinner...looks like I'm headed to Plano for dinner with Lynnette and crew. Beef quesadillas?

L - Pesto chicken with edamame
D - Flank steak with brown rice pilaf and squash with caramelized onions
S - SF Jello Cheesecake Pudding with strawberries
